For high season (June–September and December), we recommend booking 3–6 months in advance, especially for Phinisi liveaboards in Labuan Bajo and Raja Ampat. For low season and day trips in Bali, 2–4 weeks notice is usually sufficient.

Yes. Many of our listed yachts are family-friendly, featuring enclosed railings and spacious cabins. We can also arrange for specific child-size life jackets upon request. Our crew members are trained to ensure the safety and comfort of guests of all ages.

Your safety is our priority. If the harbormaster declares conditions unsafe for sailing, we will work with you to reschedule your trip or process a refund according to the vessel's cancellation policy. We monitor weather conditions closely and will communicate any concerns well in advance.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB), bank transfers, and various e-wallet options. A deposit is typically required to secure your booking, with the balance due before departure. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

This depends on the specific vessel and charter type. For day trips, outside food and beverages are often allowed. For liveaboard experiences, meals are typically included in the package. Please discuss your preferences with our team when booking.

We recommend packing light, breathable clothing, swimwear, sunscreen (reef-safe preferred), sunglasses, a hat, and any personal medications. For liveaboards, bring a small soft bag rather than hard luggage. Snorkeling gear is usually provided, but you may bring your own if preferred.

Basic marine insurance (Jasa Raharja) is included with all our charters. However, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation, especially for liveaboard trips to remote destinations like Raja Ampat.
