황다랑어는 차가운 용승류가 베이트피시를 모으는 섬 사이의 깊은 수로를 따라 회유합니다. 한 마리만 걸어도 첫 질주에 100m 넘는 라인이 순식간에 풀려나가며, 이후에는 끈질기고 완강한 원을 그리는 파이팅이 이어집니다.
롬복 해협은 인도네시아에서 가장 안정적인 참치 회유 길목 중 하나입니다. 바다가 잔잔해지는 5월부터 9월까지가 최적의 시즌입니다.
