The fast boat from Bangsal to Serangan Harbor links Lombok's main harbour for the Gili islands with south Bali. Bangsal is Lombok's public harbour for the Gili islands — a working jetty where local boats, fast boats and horse carts share the waterfront, about 90 minutes by road from Lombok's airport. Be at the dock at least 30 minutes before departure.
Serangan Harbor sits on Denpasar's south-east coast — roughly 20 minutes by car from Sanur and 30 from Ngurah Rai airport, with a sheltered jetty inside the Serangan island causeway.
