Overview
Nusa Penida has become legendary among serious anglers for its giant trevally fishing. The island's dramatic underwater topography, with drop-offs plunging hundreds of meters, creates perfect habitat for GTs, dogtooth tuna, and deep-water snappers.
Popping for GTs around the island's points and bommies is world-class, with fish regularly exceeding 30kg. The deep channels between Nusa Penida, Lembongan, and Bali also offer excellent jigging opportunities.
