Account Manager

Help Indonesia's island travel businesses grow with Sailtix. You will own a portfolio of operator and distribution partners, turn their priorities into practical plans, and make sure every account gets lasting value from the platform.
What you will do
- Build trusted relationships with fast boat, ferry, tour, and distribution partners.
- Lead onboarding, account reviews, and growth planning from first launch through long-term expansion.
- Track account health, booking performance, operational issues, and commercial opportunities.
- Coordinate with product, operations, finance, and engineering to resolve partner needs clearly and quickly.
- Keep partner records, commitments, and next actions accurate and easy for the wider team to follow.
What we are looking for
- Experience in account management, partnerships, travel, hospitality, marketplaces, or SaaS.
- Strong written and spoken English; Bahasa Indonesia is highly valued.
- A calm, organized approach to complex conversations and competing priorities.
- Confidence using data to explain performance and recommend the next best action.
- Genuine interest in improving how people travel between Indonesia's islands.
