Pricing & Fees
How Sailtix prices your ticket
Sailtix adds no booking fee and no card fee. Harbor and island levies aren't Sailtix fees. Where one applies, the operator either includes it in the fare or collects it at the harbor.
Does Sailtix charge a booking fee?
No. Sailtix adds no booking or service fee. The checkout summary shows a "Booking fee" line at zero, so you can check it before you pay.
Does Sailtix charge a card or payment fee?
No. Sailtix adds no card or payment fee, whichever way you pay. We charge in Indonesian rupiah (IDR). If you view prices in another currency, that figure is a conversion for reference, and the charge stays in rupiah.
If your card was issued outside Indonesia, your bank may add its own foreign-transaction or currency-conversion fee. Your card issuer sets that fee; it is outside our control.
Is the search price the price at checkout?
Yes. The total on a search result is the fare times the number of passengers, and checkout adds no fee to it. Anything you choose to add, such as a harbor transfer, shows as its own line, and a promo code shows as a discount.
Are harbor or island levies included in the fare?
Harbor and island levies aren't Sailtix fees. Where one applies, the operator either includes it in the fare or collects it at the harbor. Local governments set them, and not every harbor has one.
When we know the amount, the route or harbor page names it, as the Sanur to Nusa Penida page does: foreign visitors to Nusa Penida pay Rp 25,000 per adult and Rp 15,000 per child aged 4–13.
