Gili Gede adalah pulau terbesar di gugusan Gili Barat Daya, kelompok pulau tenang di lepas semenanjung Sekotong, Lombok Barat. Berbeda dengan tiga Gili populer di timur laut (Trawangan, Air, Meno), Gili Gede masih sepi dan alami, dengan beberapa eco-resort, desa nelayan, dan pesisir bakau.
Dermaga pulau melayani kapal cepat dari Bali (Serangan) via Nusa Penida, serta terhubung ke Senggigi dan Kepulauan Gili di timur laut.
