Arjuna Fast Cruise: Sanur to Nusa Penida

Arjuna Fast Cruise (PT. Arjuna Satria Dewata) began as a logistics company and moved into sea travel in 2022. On Sailtix it runs one route: Sanur to Banjar Nyuh on Nusa Penida, a 40-minute crossing at IDR 290,000 per adult.
The Boat
- Capacity: around 86 passengers
- Hull and power: fiberglass sport-model hull, Suzuki outboard power rated by the operator at 1,500 HP
- Onboard: air conditioning, toilet, free Wi-Fi and TV, snack and mineral water included
- Safety: AIS GPS position tracking, VHF radio, life jackets, CCTV, certified captain and crew
These are the operator's published specifications, not figures we have measured. Ride quality and onboard comfort are things we have not yet verified ourselves.
Ports: A Private Terminal at Both Ends
Arjuna's main practical advantage is that it controls its own facilities rather than sharing the public piers.
Sanur: check-in is at Arjuna's own facility at Matahari Terbit Harbor — Jl. Matahari Terbit No.9b, Sanur Kaja — rather than the main public counter. Arrive at least 45 minutes before departure.
Nusa Penida: arrival is at Arjuna Beach Club, a dedicated zone that makes disembarkation and onward transfer quicker than the congested public jetty at Toya Pakeh.
Sanur is also the point of this crossing: no long road transfer. If you are staying in Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu or Sanur itself, you are 15–40 minutes from the harbour rather than the 1.5–2 hours it takes to reach Padang Bai.
Cancellation and Date Changes
Arjuna publishes clear terms:

Cancellation notice must be given in writing, and any bank reversal fees are passed on to the passenger. Arjuna may also cancel for weather, technical or safety reasons, and states it is not liable for consequential costs such as accommodation or connecting flights — so leave a buffer before an international departure.
You cancel through Sailtix, not through the operator. If you need to cancel or move a booking made here, contact Sailtix and we handle it with Arjuna on your behalf — you do not need to phone the harbour, email the operator, chase anyone in Indonesian, or be in the country to do it. One message to us is enough, and it satisfies their written-notice requirement. The windows above still apply, because they are the operator's terms and we cannot waive them, so tell us as early as you can rather than waiting.
What Arjuna Runs That We Do Not Sell
Arjuna also operates services from Amed on Bali's east coast to the Gili Islands and Bangsal on Lombok, plus Padang Bai and Nusa Lembongan connections. Who It Suits
- Good fit: South Bali travellers heading to Nusa Penida who want a private terminal at both ends and a short road transfer, and anyone doing Penida as a day trip on the 09:00 out, 16:30 back pairing.
- Consider alternatives: Maruti Group runs the same Sanur–Penida corridor more frequently and from IDR 175,000, so if fare or departure choice matters more than the private terminal, compare the two.
