Fast Boat Bangsal to Gili Trawangan

Bangsal is the harbour on the Lombok side. Cars park at the Bangsal Type B land terminal, which the provincial transport office reorganised in November 2025, so plan your drop-off there. Boats arrive at Gili Trawangan's public harbour on the island's sheltered east side, close to the market and most places to stay. There are no motor vehicles on the Gilis: you walk, rent a bicycle or take a cidomo (horse cart), the usual way to move heavy luggage. Cidomo fares are not fixed, so agree the price before you get on. A 2026 transport-office advisory also bars renting or riding e-bikes and e-scooters on the islands.
