Fees
- Foreign visitors pay a one-off Lembongan–Ceningan area levy of Rp 25,000 per adult and Rp 15,000 per child aged 4–13 (Klungkung Regulation 4/2026). Since 1 September 2026 every visitor, Indonesian or foreign, also pays the same rates at each covered tourist site.
- Klungkung’s tourism office (notice of August 2025) lists the Lembongan–Ceningan levy counter at Devil’s Tear, where cash is preferred. You can also pay in advance on atixbali.com; online tickets are valid only for the date you choose.
Check-in
- Eka Jaya opens check-in one hour before departure and closes it 30 minutes before; late passengers are not boarded or refunded.
Boarding
- Eka Jaya lists its Lembongan stop as Yellow Bridge. A shuttle boat carries passengers between the shore and the ferry, so check-in is earlier here and boats from Lembongan leave 30 minutes earlier; confirm your local departure time.
Getting around
- The Yellow Bridge to Nusa Ceningan is for pedestrians and two-wheelers only; cars cannot cross. It is occasionally closed to motorbikes for maintenance, as for 24 hours in July 2022, when pedestrians could still cross and boats could be arranged.
- Grab and Gojek do not operate on Lembongan and there are very few cars. Pick-up trucks with bench seats work as taxis: they wait at the landing points or your hotel can book one, so agree the fare before you get in. Scooters are widely rented.
Good to know
- The current bridge opened on 31 March 2017. It replaced the earlier bridge, which collapsed under a crowd during a ceremony on 16 October 2016, killing at least 8 people.
