The fastest fish in the ocean, and it dances when hooked.
The fish
Sailfish hunt bait schools along the current lines, lighting up neon blue when they attack. Hook one and it spends half the fight airborne — tail-walking, greyhounding, throwing spray.
Lighter tackle than marlin makes sails the perfect first billfish, and doubles are common when a pack finds the spread.

- Keep the fish in the water for photos; support the bill, never lift it.
- Released healthy, they swim off in seconds.
